Smoothie time!

Just a quick and easy Smoothie recipe!:


Perfect to start the day with plenty of vitamins!

In your blender add:

- 3/4 cup of frozen blueberries
(if you have some fresh one it's even better!)
- 1 cup of diced strawberries
- 2 cups of almond milk

optional:
- 1 tsp of liquid raw honey
or
- a bit of dulse or spirulina

You can play with the quantity as you wish...
